Ingredients:

- 1 Tbs Cooking oil
- 1 Carrot; small chunks
- 2 Stalks celery; chopped
- 3 Tbs Quick-cooking tapioca
- (thawed, but NOT diluted)
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 1 tsp Beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 6 oz Frzn apple juice concentrate
Procedure:
1 Trim any fat from pork.
